The company is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join their established AI practice and work on immediate client projects.
The role involves contributing to intelligent automation solutions and collaborating with an experienced AI team.
Responsibilities include architecting enterprise-scale AI solutions, leading complex multi-model AI implementations, conducting client workshops, and managing client relationships.
The engineer will design and implement sophisticated AI systems, build production-ready applications, optimize model performance, and research emerging AI technologies.
The position also requires collaboration with the AI team, defining best practices, mentoring junior engineers, and leading cross-functional AI transformation projects.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience with production deployments.
Advanced proficiency in traditional machine learning and large language models is required.
Proven experience with LLM operations, strong MLOps capabilities, and advanced experience with cloud AI platforms like Azure AI Services or AWS SageMaker is necessary.
Expert-level programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn are essential.
Experience with data engineering, enterprise integration, and client-facing roles is required, including strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in a related field, industry certifications, consulting experience, and contributions to research or specific industries.
