Description:

Passion.io is seeking a Senior AI Frontend Engineer to join their fully remote team.
The role involves leading the implementation of AI-powered features using OpenAI, Gemini, or similar APIs.
Candidates will design and develop web and mobile experiences using React, React Native, and GraphQL.
The position includes contributing to scalable backend services with Node.js and optimizing AWS infrastructure.
Responsibilities also include improving code quality, reducing tight coupling, and ensuring a seamless developer experience.
The engineer will build cross-platform solutions for Web, iOS, and Android.
Mentorship of junior engineers and advocating for best practices is expected, along with bringing innovative AI-powered ideas to the team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in JavaScript development, with expertise in React and React Native.
A minimum of 1 year of experience with AI-powered products is required.
Proficiency in GraphQL and Node.js is necessary.
Strong focus on frontend and mobile development with an emphasis on design is essential.
A product mindset is important, as candidates should consider customer satisfaction and business impact beyond just coding.
Bonus points for experience in developing AI-powered models beyond API integrations, strong microservices backend development skills, AWS infrastructure expertise, and a passion for crafting intuitive, high-performing UI/UX.
