Description:
CellarTracker is seeking a Senior Azure Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize their cloud infrastructure and support CI/CD pipelines.
This role is crucial for maintaining the reliability, scalability, and security of systems as the company innovates in digital wine experiences.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining Azure-based infrastructure, leveraging Azure services effectively.
The engineer will develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM).
Collaboration with developers and stakeholders is essential to create, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for smooth automated deployments.
The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing infrastructure and pipeline reliability and security.
Documentation of infrastructure, IaC scripts, and best practices is required, along with training developers on IaC principles and DevOps processes.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Azure infrastructure management, cloud infrastructure design, and DevOps pipeline management.
A deep understanding of core Azure services, including VMs, networking, storage, and security solutions is required.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates is necessary, with experience in managing and deploying cloud resources programmatically.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, particularly in Azure DevOps, is essential, focusing on creating, managing, and troubleshooting pipelines.
Candidates should be proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and process improvement.
Knowledge of Azure security best practices, including identity management, WAF, and access policies is required.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to own projects from ideation to execution are necessary.
Excellent collaboration skills and experience working closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders in a DevOps setting are important.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
