Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of experience in back-end software development, with a strong emphasis on Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in database design and management, particularly with PostgreSQL, is required.
• Familiarity with background processing using Sidekiq or similar tools is necessary.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Heroku, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
• A solid understanding of RESTful API design and web application architecture is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role.
• Strong engagement and communication skills are required, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
