Requirements:

Proven experience as a Backend Software Developer, specifically with Java, Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails.
A strong focus on operational excellence and a desire to learn new skills.
Proactive communication skills and the ability to work directly with designers, product managers, and other collaborators.
Experience in mentoring fellow developers through pairing, code review, and providing in-the-moment feedback.
