Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in core banking systems (ABS, LMS) and training junior analysts.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our data warehouse environment.
You will control data quality, fix and restore data for DWH key entities, and develop BI solutions.
This role involves acting as a strategic partner to business units including Sales, Risk, Data Science, and Operations.
You will ensure data quality, support integrations, and lead efforts to improve standards and governance across the data lifecycle.
The position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of banking systems and processes.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, Stats, CompSci) is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
You must have 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in banking or fintech.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Grafana are necessary.
A strong understanding of DWH architecture, banking platforms (ABS), and CRM systems is required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, and you must be detail-oriented.
