Remote Senior Engineer

Description:

• The company is a Digital Product Engineering company that is rapidly growing and works across all devices and digital mediums.
• They are seeking a Senior Engineer with 3-5 years of experience as an AWS cloud Engineer.
• The role involves managing operations, automating mundane tasks, overseeing clusters, and ensuring smooth operations.
• The Senior Engineer will be responsible for pro-active monitoring of AWS components and other key toolchains.
• The candidate should be well-versed with ITIL processes and be able to work in shifts with availability for 24x7 On-Call support.
• Expertise in DevOps CICD pipelines on AWS cloud platform using Jenkins, setting up IaC with Terraform, and working with various AWS services like EC2, EKS, FARGATE, VPC, K8S, among others, is required.
• The key technologies include AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, Concourse, and the role involves working with a distributed, cloud-based tool stack for vehicle-related Connected Drive services.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as an AWS cloud Engineer.
• Proficiency in managing operations, automating tasks, and overseeing clusters.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ability to work in shifts with 24x7 On-Call support.
• Expertise in DevOps CICD pipelines on AWS cloud platform using Jenkins and setting up IaC with Terraform.
• Experience with AWS services like EC2, EKS, FARGATE, VPC, K8S, among others.
• Familiarity with key technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and Concourse.
