Bayesian Health is an early-stage startup focused on building a health AI platform to assist clinicians in utilizing real-time data to minimize preventable complications and save patient lives.
The company is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer with diverse experience across technical stacks who is eager to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector.
The role involves leading the integration of the clinical AI platform with health system clients' electronic health records (EHR), requiring collaboration with various teams including Client Success, Clinical, Product, and Data Science.
Responsibilities include leading enterprise client implementations, optimizing client integration processes, conducting end-to-end testing, building the Forward Deployed team, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful technology.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a forward deployed engineer.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in developing and deploying production-quality applications for clients, preferably using Python.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in creating and presenting technical design proposals, including technical specifications, implementation, and test plans is necessary.
Experience with cloud solutions (such as AWS or Azure) and relational databases (like PostgreSQL or MySQL) in a production environment is required.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.
Preferred qualifications include experience with health data, EHR integration, and Health IT interoperability standards, as well as experience working with enterprise customers.
