Requirements:

You must have more than four years of experience as an experienced Frontend Developer, proficient in ReactJS and storybook, with a deeper understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and TS.
You should have experience building frontend applications at scale.
You need to be a performance expert, capable of making websites faster and maintaining that performance over time with automated tools.
You must be a testing champion, ensuring everything works smoothly with automated tests before calling it dev-complete.
Empathy for users is crucial; you should craft experiences that make them smile.
You should take the lead, being proactive and ready to go the extra mile.
An understanding of agile methodologies is necessary to balance quality and speed while shifting focus quickly.
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

Bonus points if you have experience with complex data structures, data architecture, Security by Design, Privacy by Design principles, React Native, and design systems.
