Description:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be part of a small team developing next-generation tools for fleets.
Your responsibilities will include building end-to-end features using Ruby on Rails and modern frontend technologies.
You will collaborate with Product, Design, and customers to shape the architecture and technical roadmap.
Key tasks include developing RESTful APIs, creating responsive user interfaces with React (or Vue), maintaining monitoring infrastructure, ensuring code quality, and shaping team culture.
Requirements:
You must have at least 5 years of experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
Strong proficiency in frontend development using React (or Vue) is required.
A solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and ActiveRecord is necessary.
Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs is essential.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like RSpec or Jest is required.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, along with empathy for customers and colleagues, are important.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows is needed.
An interest or experience in AI and machine learning is a plus.
