The company is seeking an experienced and versatile fully remote Senior Software Engineer.
In this role, you will work closely with the CTO and a team of full-stack engineers to design, architect, and build new products and features.
Responsibilities include enhancing back-end Ruby on Rails systems and scaling machine learning-based dispatch platforms.
You will drive the technical direction and play a critical role in the company's continued growth.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in full-stack development.
Expertise in building highly dynamic web applications in an agile environment is required.
Proven experience with Ruby on Rails apps, RESTful APIs, and real-time, location-based systems is necessary.
A solid understanding of both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis) databases is essential.
Hands-on experience with telephony apps (e.g., Twilio) is a plus.
Experience with scalability and performance management of large-scale systems is required.
Proficiency with modern tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and continuous integration (CI) pipelines is necessary.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor other engineers are essential.

The salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $200,000 a year.
