The Engineering team is involved in the development of the advertising platform, producing production-level code that impacts product success.
The Marketing Automation Team is responsible for building new marketing automation capabilities, including campaign editors, email automation services, audiences, and reporting.
This position is remote and open to candidates located anywhere in North America.
The role involves significant individual contribution, mentoring the team, advising on technical approaches, planning scalable web APIs, collaborating with stakeholders, and conducting technical interviews.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience building highly performant web applications with outstanding UX.
Knowledge of full-stack technologies including React, Javascript/Typescript, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, and AWS is required.
Prior experience in email marketing automation or ad tech is considered an asset.
Extensive experience in writing code with unit tests and end-to-end tests is necessary.
Experience collaborating closely with Product & Design to design, implement, and iterate on high-impact end-to-end product experiences is essential.
Candidates should have experience working with relational databases and key-value stores.
Experience in analyzing, benchmarking, and optimizing web application performance across the entire stack is required.
An appetite for unpacking complexity and simplifying it wherever possible is expected.
