Description:

Polly is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their globally distributed team working on an engagement app for Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
The role involves building systems for polls, surveys, and feedback workflows within various platforms.
The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders, work with Node on the backend and React on the front-end, and participate in daily deployments.
Responsibilities include developing, automating, and maintaining cloud and containerization infrastructure, participating in DevOps rotations, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in commercial software development in B2B, SaaS, and/or Cloud environments.
Proficiency in building solutions end-to-end, with experience in Node, React, GraphQL, and Kafka.
Strong design skills focused on user-centered solutions and understanding user needs.
Leadership abilities to lead projects from start to finish, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a remote team environment and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Availability to overlap working hours with the Pacific time-zone.
