Requirements:
Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working in a transparent environment.
Self-discipline to achieve continuous improvement in technical and professional skills is essential, along with the ability to enhance software development team processes.
Comfort in working within a distributed team is required.
Candidates should have working knowledge and experience of distributed cloud architectures.
The ability to test and adopt new technologies as they are introduced to the company and the software development domain is necessary.
Extensive experience in delivering working software in a complex Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using .NET / C#, SQL, HTML, and CSS is required.
Experience with legacy code and a willingness to troubleshoot and problem-solve is essential.
Candidates must have working knowledge and experience of code management tooling and patterns.
Comfort in giving and receiving technical feedback and training through code review and ad-hoc processes is necessary.
Candidates will serve as key stakeholders in infrastructure-related incident response, especially concerning data integrity.
Areas of experience should include .NET / C#, React Development Tools, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Git / GitHub.
A B.S. in Computer Science or a related area of study is required.
Candidates should have 8+ years in progressive, hands-on software engineering roles.
A minimum of 3 years working with .NET / C#, 2 years with SQL, HTML, and CSS, and 1 year with TypeScript is required.
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience working with AWS Cloud services.
Demonstrable experience with relational databases and a basic understanding of data modeling is necessary.
A CEFR Level B2 or higher in English is required for comfort and familiarity with written and oral communications.
Experience with a hybrid SDLC process, including a blend of waterfall and agile methodology, is necessary.
JavaScript/Node experience is a nice-to-have.
