Octalogic Tech is seeking an exceptional experienced Full Stack Developer skilled in both Node.js and React.
This role is for one of Weekday’s clients and is a full-time position based remotely in India.
The candidate will work on cutting-edge projects and push the boundaries of web development.
Responsibilities include breaking down business and product requirements into manageable tech tasks, independently handling deployments and CI/CD pipelines, and owning end-to-end implementation of large features or modules.
The developer will perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, collaborate with team members, and mentor junior developers.
Clear communication in internal discussions is essential, although client interaction is not mandatory.
The role also involves anticipating risks or blockers, suggesting architectural improvements, and ensuring code follows best practices and is production-ready.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in full stack development is required.
Proficiency in Node.js and extensive experience with frameworks such as Express or NestJS is necessary.
Strong experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or MySQL is essential.
Experience with noSQL databases such as MongoDB is considered a bonus.
At least 3 years of experience with React.js, including a deep understanding of React Hooks, is required.
Experience with React Native is highly desirable.
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud services is expected.
Proficiency in using Git for version control is necessary.
Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
