As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop and implement ML-driven features to enhance the platform's capabilities in the audit and advisory industry.
You will focus on building first-generation ML applications, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI.
The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, designing and implementing ML models, curating and preparing data, and maintaining ETL jobs for data processing.
You will conduct rapid prototyping of ML solutions, stay current with advancements in ML, and collaborate with the platform engineering team to integrate ML solutions into the product architecture.
You will also define and implement ML performance metrics and contribute to the product roadmap with ML-driven feature ideas.

Requirements:

You should have 4-5 years of experience in applied machine learning or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python and its ML/data science libraries is required.
Extensive experience with NLP techniques and generative AI technologies is necessary.
You should have experience with LLMs and both text-to-text and text-to-image generative models.
Proficiency in working with large datasets and creating ETL processes is essential.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices is required.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing startup environment.
