• The company is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI team, which is responsible for ML/automation technology.

• The team primarily works with text-based services, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) and leveraging large language models.
• Responsibilities include developing and improving AI systems for patient and physician-facing features, fine-tuning large language models, and designing evaluations for ML product features.
• The position involves collaboration with product, clinical, engineering, and design teams, as well as mentoring interns and junior team members.
• The interview process includes initial calls with managers and technical team members, followed by a series of technical interviews.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of industry experience in machine learning and natural language processing, including building production systems.
• Applicants should possess "end-to-end" experience in ML production systems, covering data processing, modeling, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• A strong product sense is required to translate product intuition into data-driven hypotheses for impactful solutions.
• Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration with diverse teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience or interest in mentoring junior engineers is also necessary.
