The company seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with over 5 years of experience to lead the framing, development, and deployment of machine learning models.
The role involves turning vast amounts of structured and unstructured data into insights about behavior and risk.
Team members have full ownership over their projects and work in a two-week sprint alongside Product Management and Software Engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in engineering and data science.
A strong work ethic and problem-solving attitude are essential; candidates should be able to overcome obstacles and find solutions.
An in-depth understanding of applied machine learning algorithms, particularly in NLP and statistics, is required.
Proficiency in Python and its major data science libraries is necessary, along with experience deploying models and algorithms in production.
Candidates should be comfortable with both data science and the engineering aspects of bringing models to production.
A willingness to use a wide range of technologies to find the right tool for the job is important.
Open, frank, and respectful communication is valued within the team.
Experience with AWS and hands-on experience with data analytics and data engineering are considered a plus.
