The platform integrates with various tech stacks, automatically extracts necessary data for compliance, and creates checklists for ongoing compliance.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will shape and build products for CTOs, COOs, and engineering teams of SMBs.
You will be part of a high-performance remote software startup, contributing to the growth and improvement of the product.

Requirements:

You should have 4+ years of equivalent experience in backend or product engineering.
You must be comfortable with startup life ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities based on customer and market feedback.
You should be able to mentor other developers and conduct code reviews.
You need to balance speed and quality, utilizing automation, abstractions, and good software design and architecture.
Experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, relational database design, SQL optimization, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting is required.
Previous experience with Golang and/or Typescript is a benefit.
You should have experience owning features end-to-end, from idea to execution to delivery in production.
