Remote Senior React Native Engineer (Contractor)

Description:

• Dreamix is seeking a Senior React Native Engineer on a contract basis to expand their team for a long-term client.
• The role involves working closely with the client’s product and engineering teams to build and maintain a high-quality mobile application.
• Responsibilities include implementing new features, maintaining existing ones, and improving performance and scalability of the application.
• The engineer will ensure clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern best practices.
• Collaboration with backend developers, designers, and QA engineers is essential as part of a cross-functional agile team.
• The position also requires providing technical insight and guidance during architectural discussions and code reviews.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in React Native.
• A solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern mobile development practices is required.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance tuning is necessary.
• Familiarity with native modules (iOS/Android) and integrating third-party SDKs is expected.
• Previous experience working in a contractor or consulting capacity is a plus.
• A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a team-first attitude are essential.
