The Senior Rust Developer will work on the TLSNotary project, which is an open-source initiative aimed at creating a production-ready, audited library.
The role involves architecting, developing, and optimizing the TLSNotary codebase to ensure it is secure, efficient, and high-performing.
The developer will work with cutting-edge open-source technologies and collaborate with talented engineers on innovative cryptographic solutions.

Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in developing large-scale Rust projects and be able to contribute to architectural decision-making.
Extensive experience with Rust is required, including a deep understanding of its async ecosystem and a proven track record of building and deploying production-quality Rust projects.
Exceptional problem-solving skills are necessary, with the ability to creatively and efficiently troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration skills in a distributed team environment is essential.
Preference will be given to candidates from the Western Hemisphere, though candidates from Western Europe will also be considered.
