Description:

Responsible for the technical design of customer projects, focusing on defining complex multi-cloud enterprise architectures and integrations
Advising clients, supporting project acquisition in pitches, and assisting cross-functional teams like creation, frontend, backend, etc.
Leading technical project teams, setting standards, and influencing best practices
Presenting ideas to clients, including Enterprise Architects and CIOs, in English
Setting standards and shaping the Salesforce Practice, driving initiatives with the Practice Manager
Supporting pitches when needed

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting and delivering Salesforce projects
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Apex and Design Patterns
Solid understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle, including sfdx and Change Sets, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience and certification with an Enterprise Integration Platform like Mulesoft is advantageous
Knowledge of Release Management Tools, DevOps processes, and pre-sales experience is desirable
Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Resilience, performance, humor, flexibility, and teamwork
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
