Trail of Bits is seeking a Senior Security Engineer, Blockchain to join their team focused on blockchain security.
The role involves reviewing blockchain code and smart contracts for security vulnerabilities and providing strategic advice to clients.
Engineers will have the opportunity to build and experiment with new tools between project engagements.
Responsibilities include conducting code reviews, designing solutions for engineering problems, maintaining and improving blockchain security tools, and contributing to research and innovation in the field.
The position is open to senior engineers, with potential for higher positions like Staff or Principal for suitable candidates.

Requirements:

Candidates must have extensive experience as a blockchain security engineer, with a deep understanding of Solidity security and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
Proficiency in Go and/or Rust is required, with multiple years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the languages and their ecosystems.
Experience with various blockchain platforms such as Cosmos, Starknet, Substrate, and Solana is necessary, along with a strong background in reviewing off-chain components.
Candidates should have proficiency in automated testing, including experience with fuzzers, CodeQL, or Semgrep.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and delivering technical presentations.
