They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (backend) for the LATAM region to join the Engineering team, responsible for pushing the long-term technical vision for critical platform components, designing systems and architecture with cross-team impact, developing and maintaining scalable and resilient services and systems, and setting technical standards and efficiency across Xepelin.
Requirements:
Must have over 5 years of total experience in software development.
Expertise in designing scalable distributed services.
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, Java, and/or Go.
Relevant experience in developing high-quality services and systems.
Demonstrated experience in leading technically complex projects involving multiple engineering teams and platform-wide impact.
Proven track record in developing engineering best practices and improving development efficiency.
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams with varying skills, expertise levels, and contexts.
