Description:
The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with customers to address any product-related issues.
They will collaborate with account teams to drive product adoption and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsible for resolving customer issues, identifying workarounds, and partnering with product and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
Develop diagnostic tools, scripts, benchmarks, and run books to assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues.
Focus on scaling individual efforts and reducing MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution).
Requirements:
Must have 7+ years of experience in customer engineering and SRE teams.
Proven track record of resolving technical support issues efficiently.
Experience troubleshooting API and various integrations at scale in AWS.
Familiarity with CloudNative platforms, Micro-services, and containerized deployments.
Proficiency in Databases, NoSQL, Queueing Service, and Elastic Search.
Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages: Python, PHP, JavaScript, React, Go, or Java.
Demonstrated experience in debugging software reliability issues in a distributed environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be curious, collaborative, self-driven, innovative, and proactive.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Experience in science or Biopharma is a plus.
