Description:

The Senior Software Engineer - Customer Engineering position at TetraScience involves working closely with customers to address product-related issues.
Responsibilities include partnering with account teams to drive product adoption and enhance customer satisfaction.
The role requires driving customer issues to resolution, identifying workarounds, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Developing diagnostic tools, scripts, benchmarks, and run books to assist in diagnosing and resolving customer issues efficiently is also a key aspect of the job.

Requirements:

Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in customer engineering and SRE teams, demonstrating excellence in these areas.
Proficiency in resolving technical support issues and escalations effectively is essential.
Experience in troubleshooting API and various integration types at scale in AWS is required.
Familiarity with CloudNative platforms, Micro-services, containerized deployments, Databases, NoSQL, Queueing Service, and Elastic Search is necessary.
Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, React, Go, or Java is a must.
Demonstrated ability to debug software reliability issues in a distributed environment is crucial.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
The ideal candidate should be curious, collaborative, self-driven, innovative, and proactive.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is mandatory, with experience in science or Biopharma considered a plus.
