• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React or Vue) and unit test frameworks like Jest and React-testing-library is essential.
• Proficiency in CSS abstraction layers (e.g., SASS or JSS) is expected.
• Strong mentoring skills with a proven record of improving team performance are preferred.
