This is a fully remote position, with candidates ideally residing in Canada.
You will work closely with Product Management, Design, and other Engineering stakeholders to uphold a high quality standard in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
You will step into a product management role when needed to ensure that our solutions meet our high standards.
You will develop full stack features that address complex technical challenges, integrating both frontend and backend aspects to enhance user experience and system reliability.
You will engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment, including code reviews and performance optimization.
You will provide guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers, helping them advance their skills and careers.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of professional software development experience.
You should be proficient in HTML, CSS, Typescript, and a modern backend language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Java).
A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles is required.
You must be adaptable and excel in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
