Qualified is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their PipelineAI platform, which is designed to enhance inbound website conversions for B2B companies using AI and automation.
The role involves developing an enterprise-grade SaaS platform powered by AI, focusing on pipeline generation for customers.
The engineering team is small but effective, solving complex problems with innovative solutions and utilizing advanced technologies like Large Language Models (LLM).
The position emphasizes ownership of projects from conception to launch, ensuring excellence in coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and customer rollout.
Responsibilities include developing customer-focused applications, integrating AI technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting rapid prototyping, and ensuring core functionality is stable and scalable.
The engineer will also mentor other engineers and contribute to the team’s culture while supporting highly-available services for customers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in professional full-stack software development, particularly with AI/ML technologies.
Expertise in modern web application components and proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or Go is required.
Strong skills in object-oriented programming, systems design, and experience with large-scale, low-latency systems are necessary.
Experience with frontier-scale LLMs in production environments is a plus, along with familiarity with SQL and RDBMS, preferably PostgreSQL.
A B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates should be passionate about user-centric solutions, curious about engineering, self-directed, and experienced in Agile methodologies.
