The role is for a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack, focused on building cloud software that speeds up the innovation and delivery of critical treatments and medicines.
The position involves participating in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts to design and develop applications in life sciences.
The engineer will also collaborate with Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and contribute to troubleshooting and technical support of the product.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software product development.
Proficiency in JavaScript and React is required, along with backend development experience in Java.
Experience with CSS abstraction layers (e.g., SASS or JSS) and RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server is necessary.
Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
A BS in engineering/computer science or equivalent is required.
The ideal candidate should be a strong mentor with a proven record of improving team performance.

The base pay for this position ranges from $110,000 to $270,000, with actual salaries varying based on experience and location. Additional compensation may include variable bonuses and/or stock bonuses.
