The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for owning and developing product features from scoping to rollout.

The engineer will advocate for product quality, security, and performance improvements.
Responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, shipping features with minimal guidance, and collaborating on larger projects.
The first 30, 60, and 90 days will involve learning the company's processes, becoming familiar with the team and product, and shipping successful features.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience building web applications end-to-end using Ruby on Rails, Tailwind, GraphQL, and Postgres.
A strong understanding of both frontend and backend development is required.
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Candidates should have a desire to work autonomously while also collaborating with other engineers.
High empathy for teammates and users is necessary, demonstrating the ability to understand their perspectives.

The position offers a salary range of $160,000 to $190,000 per year.
