Description:

The company is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer with experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
Responsibilities include translating business goals into technical requirements, conducting code/design reviews, and driving the technical implementation of web projects.
Collaborating with adjacent development teams to implement integrated technical solutions.
Developing front-end code while adhering to site standards and building AEM authoring components and templates.
Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web solutions that meet business needs.
Utilizing AEM for page layout, issue troubleshooting, and author training.
Assigning tasks and coordinating with offshore resources.
Partnering with Visual Design and User Experience teams to create effective designs.
Using reusable templates, common HTML elements, JQuery/JavaScript libraries, and global CSS.
Helping with operational tasks and ensuring website quality.
Owning and driving specific areas of website functionality such as search, videos, and web performance.
Working in an agile, rapid development, and prototyping environment.

Requirements:

Experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is required.
Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
Proficiency in front-end development and building AEM authoring components and templates.
Strong collaboration skills with adjacent development teams.
Knowledge of web design principles and best practices.
Familiarity with Visual Design and User Experience concepts.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and ensure website quality.
Prior experience in assigning tasks and coordinating with offshore resources.
