Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a staff software engineer and a total of 8+ years in software development.
Proven experience in building, scaling, and maintaining backend services and APIs in a service-oriented architecture is required.
Expertise in building frontend applications using React and Typescript is essential.
Technical expertise and hands-on experience with Next.js, GraphQL, and modern CI/CD pipelines are mandatory.
Experience working independently on full-stack projects, including skills in security, design patterns, and database architecture, is necessary.
Candidates must have experience mentoring team members and long-term planning for sustainability in development.
Knowledge of the financial industry and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field are considered a plus.
