Description:
HighLevel is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and system administration.
The role requires over 6 years of hands-on experience in IAM systems, domain controllers, and identity provider (IdP) management, particularly within the Google ecosystem.
Responsibilities include managing IAM and IGA tools, defining IAM policies, troubleshooting IAM-related issues, and collaborating with third parties for secure authentication and authorization.
The candidate will oversee domain controller configurations, maintain system health and security, and automate IAM tasks using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Experience in managing Mac devices is an added advantage, along with providing support for device configuration and integration.
The role involves working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to implement IAM solutions and provide technical guidance on best practices.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in IAM, IGA tools, and system administration is required.
Proven experience managing domain controllers and identity provider (IdP) services in Google is essential.
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is necessary.
Proficiency with IAM/IGA tools such as Okta, SailPoint, or similar platforms is required.
Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, including SAML, SSO, OAuth, and OpenID Connect is needed.
Expertise in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and integrations is mandatory.
Familiarity with managing and securing Mac devices is preferred, with Jamf Pro experience being a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with excellent communication skills, are essential for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.
