The role is for a Senior Team Lead in Data Operations, specifically for Veeva Link, which aims to build connected data applications that improve research and patient outcomes.
The Team Lead will manage a remote team of 50+ freelancers who conduct rule-based web research.
Responsibilities include designing business processes, driving process and technology improvements, planning and controlling business processes, and supporting execution by removing barriers for team members.
The primary focus is to improve process efficiency and reduce defects while delivering operational metrics and keeping the team engaged.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, results-oriented, analytical, organized, and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements:

Candidates must have extensive people leadership experience of 5+ years.
Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization is required.
A minimum of 3+ years of working experience is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable working remotely in an international environment.
A connection with life sciences, either through education or professional experience, is considered a nice to have.
