Keller Executive Search is seeking a skilled and innovative Software Developer to join their team remotely.
The Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support executive search operations.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient solutions, ensuring an excellent user experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications, optimizing existing software systems, and implementing API integrations with third-party platforms.
The developer will also be tasked with writing clean, maintainable code, troubleshooting software defects, and staying updated with emerging technologies.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in web and application development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby is necessary.
Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, or Flask) is required.
A strong understanding of database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) is essential.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is needed.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is required.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git) is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $130,000, along with performance-based bonuses.
