The Software Development Engineer position at Amazon Connect is a remote, full-time role focused on developing solutions that enhance client success across various sectors, including large corporations and government entities.

As a developer, you will own the code from design to development and collaborate closely with senior technical leaders.
The role requires a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical industry experience, particularly in Salesforce development, including Lightning, Apex, and force.com APIs.

Requirements:

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience are required.
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Experience implementing AWS Connect is necessary.
Proficiency in declarative Salesforce development, including objects, Flows, process builders, lightning app builder, approval processes, and communities is essential.
Experience with Call Center implementations using Service Cloud, Service Console, Service Cloud Voice, Salesforce Knowledge, and Case Management is required.
Proven knowledge and practical application of Salesforce development, including Lightning, Apex, and force.com APIs, along with strong decision-making skills, are mandatory.
Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
A functional knowledge of Salesforce data structure and the ability to leverage the tool for complex process and reporting requirements is needed.
The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring quality delivery of enterprise solutions is crucial.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $70 to $90.
