Description:
We are looking for mid-level software engineers to join our growing Software Engineering team.
You will report to one of the Dev Leads and work as part of an agile team, building a SaaS platform using the latest technologies.
The Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and testing the INSTANDA platform.
All applications are designed and developed in-house and hosted on Microsoft Azure.
The majority of developers are full-stack, with some specializing in UI and databases.

This is an India-based role and is fully remote; you must be eligible to live and work in India without the need for sponsorship.
Your responsibilities will include developing and unit testing software to a high standard, collaborating with the wider development team to deliver customer solutions, developing new features for the platform, improving existing functionality, and consistently advocating for high quality of code.
Requirements:
Essential requirements include demonstrable experience with C# .NET, ASP .NET MVC, LINQ and Entity Framework/LINQ to SQL, web-based languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, React, SQL Server, web APIs (e.g., REST), source control management (e.g., Git/Azure/Azure DevOps), unit tests (e.g., XUnit), OOP and SOLID principles.
You must be a proactive self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills are required.
You should have the ability to multi-task and handle competing deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Familiarity with OWASP is desirable.
Additionally, you should have a high level of proficiency in English and be able to work a schedule that generally overlaps with a typical UK workday (9 am to 5:30 pm GMT).
