Description:

WorkOS is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Frontend team, specifically the WorkOS and AuthKit UI team.
The role involves setting high standards for UI and design quality, collaborating with product teams to create intuitive interfaces, documenting component patterns for product engineers, and enhancing frontend architecture.
Responsibilities also include contributing to the UI roadmap, providing technical expertise, understanding customer needs, and leading and mentoring team members.
The position requires regular communication with customers, participation in recruitment, and contributing to public representation of the team.
Qualifications include 5+ years of software development experience, expertise in React, CSS, TypeScript, and backend fundamentals, as well as experience in building and shipping web applications.
The annual US base salary ranges from $175,000 to $250,000, with additional benefits such as equity, health insurance, vacation time, and paid parental leave.

Requirements:

5+ years of industry software development experience with interactive apps
Experience in building, shipping, and supporting feature-rich dashboards or apps
Demonstrated high level of design/UX taste
Understanding of common accessibility patterns and ability to implement them
Expertise in React, CSS, TypeScript, and backend fundamentals
Experience working on small teams in fast-paced environments
Excellent prioritization and organization skills
Growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills
Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or related industry
