The role is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.
The company is seeking Software Engineers who are passionate about space and building scalable, reliable software.
Responsibilities include creating user experiences that solve complex problems using technologies such as Node.js, React, Postgres, AWS GovCloud, Docker, and Kubernetes.
The position involves designing and implementing software systems from requirements to production and deployment.
Technical challenges include real-time data synchronization, complex data visualization, integration of high-bandwidth data streams, and ensuring mission-critical security and reliability.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte is required.
A strong foundation in computer science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, design, and testing, is necessary.
Candidates should be self-starters who can navigate ambiguity and assess rapidly evolving priorities.
Strong team players with excellent communication skills and a collaborative work ethic are preferred.
A love of learning, both technical and otherwise, is essential.
Experience at fast-growing tech startups and familiarity with Lean Startup & Agile software development methodologies are pluses.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
US Citizenship is required, as future security clearance may be necessary.
Candidates must be located in the United States.
Benefits:
The salary range for this full-time role is $120,000 - $175,000.
The position includes stock options, paid time off (PTO), and a 4% 401k match.
