CoverGo is seeking a Solutions Architect focused on the insurance sector, offering a fully remote position.
The role involves providing design and delivery expertise for solutions in a modern cloud-based insurance environment.
The successful candidate will engage with clients to understand their requirements and advise on appropriate solution architectures.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Managers, overseeing architecture during solution deployment, and ensuring solutions meet client expectations.
The position emphasizes solutions leveraging AWS and/or GCP environments, incorporating open-source, PaaS, and SaaS components.
The architect will maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles within the insurance vertical.
Experience in delivering cloud-based technology product solutions in an enterprise environment is required.
The ability to assist in defining and socializing a product/enterprise roadmap is essential.
Candidates should be able to translate client requirements into actionable steps and solution architectures.
A strong understanding of business architecture models and patterns is necessary.
Experience in designing solutions in both Relational DB and noSQL environments is required.
Candidates should have experience designing for API and Micro-services centric environments.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
Certification in one architecture discipline (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and in one cloud environment is a distinct advantage.
