Description:

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical and business teams, ensuring that we deliver top-notch solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and collaborating with Sales and Engineering to drive successful onboardings and renewals.
This role will be working from home permanently and during U.S. PST business hours.
Duties include collaborating with Sales to understand client requirements and best position our solution.
You will lead client onboardings, including the migration from their legacy provider and integrations with other relevant systems.
You will manage the sandbox environments that support sales demos and POCs.
You will respond to customer issues, either by implementing fixes directly or by logging a ticket with Engineering and communicating progress with clients.
You are expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role in a technology-driven environment is necessary.
A strong understanding of software development and system integration processes is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must.
