The Solutions Engineer will be based in Japan and will lead and drive technical and product aspects for pre and post sales activities, including product education, solution architecture, implementation, onboarding, and software delivery.
The role involves continuous client relationship management, understanding client business requirements, and providing joint technical support with the Technical Support and Customer Success teams.
Collaboration with Product Management and Engineering Teams is essential to contribute to the development of new product features.
The Solutions Engineer will serve as the client advocate, providing feedback to the internal team and ensuring a clear understanding of client requirements for the Sales Team during their sales calls.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5-10+ years in an enterprise client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager.
A demonstrated understanding of technical subjects and concepts, including web services and applications, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, and SDKs, is required.
Previous experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales capacity is necessary.
Strong experience in leading and managing client engagements and projects is essential.
RFx/DDQ experience, working with other SMEs to formulate relevant responses, is required.
Candidates must exhibit extremely high professionalism, with clients and colleagues enjoying working with them.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, along with comprehension abilities, are necessary.
The ability to self-manage and use best professional judgment as needed is required.
Experience in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and financial services and products is essential.
Professional proficiency in both English and Japanese is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, or equivalent years of professional experience, is necessary.
