Description:

The Business Intelligence (BI) team is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing the company's data strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
The Sr. Data Analyst will lead the Distribution Domain in the company-wide data strategy, creating actionable insights that inform distribution efforts.
This role involves being the frontline data partner for internal stakeholders across Growth, Delivery, and Product teams.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analysis to surface performance and opportunities in distribution activities.
The analyst will work closely with the Data Engineer and Data Governance Lead to ensure high-quality data pipelines and adherence to governance standards.
Key tasks include leading the Distribution Data Domain, developing dashboards and reports, collaborating with stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional efforts, generating insights, and maintaining documentation for data products.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or BI role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or investment-focused environment.
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in data modeling and wrangling are required.
Experience in building dashboards and reports with modern BI tools, specifically SIGMA computing, is necessary.
Strong business acumen is essential, with the ability to translate vague questions into clear data problems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
Familiarity with data quality, governance, and operational data workflows is necessary.
Proficiency in Python for analysis, preferably using Google Collab or Jupyter Notebook, is desirable.
Bonus points for experience working with investor networks, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), or deal lifecycle data.
