  • As a Senior Machine Learning Researcher, you will collaborate with a team of PhD researchers, ML engineers, and healthcare experts to develop AI models that enhance operational workflows in healthcare.
  • Your role will involve designing, training, and evaluating large language models to address healthcare-specific challenges, particularly in clinical Natural Language Understanding.
  • You will integrate Human-in-the-Loop feedback to improve model performance and ensure alignment with real-world healthcare needs.

  • This is a remote position based in the United States, emphasizing collaboration and innovation in healthcare AI.

Requirements:

  • A passion for addressing significant healthcare challenges using AI is essential.
  • Proven experience in training and fine-tuning large language models, with a strong preference for expertise in healthcare domain modeling and clinical natural language understanding.
  • A Ph.D. or equivalent industry experience in machine learning, natural language processing, or related fields, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience, is required.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow are necessary.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and multi-GPU environments is preferred.
  • A track record of translating research into practical applications, including rapid prototyping and writing production-ready code, is important.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment are required.
