  • As a Sr. Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications.
  • You will drive technical excellence and mentor team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining robust end-to-end web and mobile solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • You will drive the adoption and implementation of cloud-native technologies, focusing on leveraging GCP services for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Utilizing your deep knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and related frameworks, you will deliver high-quality code that meets rigorous performance and maintainability standards.
  • You will architect and develop scalable microservices and APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data flow between distributed systems.
  • Your role will involve designing and optimizing database schemas for both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Firestore) databases.
  • You will collaborate closely with DevOps teams to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Conducting thorough code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and mentoring junior developers will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will take a leadership role in Agile processes, guiding sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • You will lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, utilizing advanced problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • You must have extensive experience in full stack development, particularly with web and mobile applications.
  • A strong background in cloud-native technologies, especially GCP services, is required.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and related frameworks is essential for delivering high-quality code.
  • Experience in architecting and developing microservices and APIs is necessary.
  • You should have a solid understanding of database design and optimization for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), is required.
  • You must possess strong mentorship skills to guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and leading Agile processes is essential.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills are necessary to tackle complex technical challenges.

  • The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 a year, with final offer amounts determined by geographic location and candidate experience.
