The Flagship Product Group owns the core product offering, including Website Builder, Render Engine, and Website Hosting Architecture.
The team is focused on enabling real estate agents to build and customize their websites and regularly collaborates with other teams for CMS and MLS Data.
The role involves designing, building, testing, and deploying a cloud-native platform and microservices/API.
Responsibilities include leading project initiatives, developing user-facing features, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.
The tech stack includes React, Node, Typescript, Python, Postgres, AWS, and more.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with web application frameworks such as Nodejs, React, Redux, Angular, or similar.
Experience with data-driven architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture is required.
Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and distributed SQL databases is necessary.
Candidates should have experience integrating with 3rd party APIs and external frameworks.
An expert-level understanding of cloud-native architectures, preferably AWS, is essential.
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging queues is required.
A demonstrated understanding of software design principles such as SOLID and DI is necessary.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum software development and related collaboration tools is required.
Experience in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CICD) model is necessary.
Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
