The role of Staff Full Stack Engineer involves working across the stack to launch and iterate on important components of the Assured platform.
Responsibilities include writing code, conceptualizing, building, testing, and shipping new products and features for customers.
The engineer will understand customer feedback and advocate for product direction while leading, mentoring, and learning from other engineers.
The position requires taking new features from idea to mockup to fully-fledged product.
In the first month, the engineer may design and implement a new integrated “vehicle picker,” discover factors correlated with end-user conversion rates, and implement new integrations with customer systems.

Requirements:

A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Experience in building complex modern web applications is required.
Candidates should have an eye for thoughtful design and care about end-user experience.
Specific technology or programming language background is not required, as the company is technology-background agnostic.
Familiarity with technologies such as Node.js (Typescript), Docker, PostgreSQL, and React (Typescript) is beneficial but not mandatory.
