The company is seeking a hands-on Staff Software Engineer with expertise in Azure or similar cloud platforms, Node.js, React, and large language models (LLMs).
The role involves designing and developing cutting-edge solutions to help companies select the best leaders.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.
The engineer will lead architectural discussions, ensuring software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
Mentorship of the engineering team and input on architectural decisions are key aspects of the role.
The position requires expertise in web technologies and a proven track record of developing end-to-end products on the Azure platform.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in building a variety of end-to-end projects.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Superior written and verbal communication skills and project management capabilities are essential.
The ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality is necessary.
A deep understanding of cloud architectures, particularly Microsoft Azure, is required.
Candidates should have the ability to evaluate and select appropriate technologies to meet business objectives.
Knowledge of data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, and big data solutions, is needed.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server/Postgres and database design is required.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular or React, is necessary.
Understanding of RESTful API design and microservices is required, with proficiency in at least one back-end technology (Django, ASP.NET, Node.js, TypeScript, Laravel, Ruby on Rails, etc.).
Knowledge of Git or other version control systems is essential.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and other Azure services is beneficial.

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $150,000 to $195,000, an annual discretionary performance bonus of $30,000 to $50,000, a 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution, and a comprehensive benefits package.
