Description:
StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game ads, and digital out-of-home ads.

The Creatives Library Team is building a library of dynamic creative assets and resources for clients to store, host, and manage bulk creative assets for ad campaigns.
The library will include creative templates for clients to quickly build off-the-shelf display ad creatives, reducing reliance on expensive third-party providers.
The position is open to remote candidates in North America.
Responsibilities include designing, improving, and debugging complex, scalable distributed systems, optimizing performance, writing scalable and test-driven code, and collaborating on web architecture.
The role also involves taking ownership of projects, contributing to code reviews, and conducting technical interviews.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience building highly performant web applications with outstanding user experience.
Knowledge of full-stack technologies such as React, Typescript, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, and Go is highly preferred.
Extensive experience with a test-driven approach to writing code using core full-stack technologies is required.
Experience collaborating with Product & Design teams to implement high-impact product experiences is necessary.
Candidates should have experience working with relational databases and key-value stores.
Experience in analyzing, benchmarking, and optimizing web application performance across the stack is essential.
Candidates must have experience leading large-scale modernization efforts to revamp legacy systems.
An appetite for unpacking complexity and simplifying it is important.
